I'm not sure if you've seen it or haven't but the new Creative Matters ebook is amazing. It was developed by every church communication director but yours and contains helpful and challenging articles about thinking about ministry and how everything in ministry should flow through an artistic mindset. Reading through it has been thought provoking and pushes me to get involved with and sharpen those who also work with the creative side of ministry.
